Sojourn Studio Wholesale Agreement

1.  Minimum Purchase Order

A minimum order of $250 USD is required for all wholesale orders. Custom design collaborations can be created for a minimum order of $1,000 USD.

2.  Wholesale Pricing 

Sojourn Studio wholesales products at a standard rate of 50% of retail prices. 

3.  Minimum Retail Prices

To be fair to our other wholesale and private label partners, we ask that Buyers do not discount products sold online more than 35% off suggested retail prices. 

4.  Payment Terms 

Payment is due prior to shipment. Please make payment through the electronic invoice sent via email.

5.  Return & Replacement Policy

At Sojourn Studio, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our handcrafted porcelain jewelry. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

We accept returns for unused, unworn products within 30 days of receipt.

1. All items must be in their original condition, with tags intact and free of damage.
2. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
   

We accept returns or replacements for damaged or defective merchandise. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

1. Inspect Upon Arrival – Please inspect your order upon receipt to ensure all items match your order and arrive in perfect condition.
2. Report Any Issues Within 3 Days – If you receive missing, incorrect, or damaged merchandise, notify us via email at info@sojournstudio.org within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
3. Provide Photos – For damaged items, include a clear photo of the product and packaging in your email.
4. Resolution Options – Upon review, we will promptly offer a replacement (subject to availability) or issue store credit for future orders.

6.  Shipping 

A flat shipping rate will be applied to all orders under $2,000:  

Packaging & Shipping Protection

As our pieces are made of delicate porcelain, we take great care in packaging to ensure safe transit. If damage occurs in shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

7.  Ordering Process

After completing our Wholesale Application, Buyers will receive ordering instructions to begin placing orders. All items which are in-stock will be shipped within five business days. Orders for out-of-stock items will be produced in and shipped from Thailand and take a minimum of 4-6 weeks. Specific timelines will be discussed with buyers based on size and variation of order. 

8.  Media & Communication

We love when Buyers and partners share our story. Artisans at Sojourn Studio earn dignified wages, savings funds, educational scholarships, and medical benefits within a community of support, enabling them to thrive. All of the profits from sales go back into empowering these women and this business to ensure it's a place they can continue to grow. We have photos and videos you can use on social media and in your store. Please let us know if you need additional graphics or materials to share our story. 

Because we work with minors and marginalized women, we are careful to portray them with dignity and honor in all media. Please do not use Sojourn Studio photos alongside sensational terminology such as sex trafficking, sexual abuse, victim, rescue, or any terms that portray artisans as beneficiaries of charity. Artisans at Sojourn Studio are rewriting that narrative.
